I work in healthcare and I'm having a lot of patients say they've never had anxiety before and this crisis has made them very manic. It's very depressing.

I'm not surprised. I was close to calling up my GP and asking for a Xanax prescription, but now that we've been sheltering in place for over a month and clearly don't have the virus, my anxiety has abated a lot.

For me it’s the other way around. I don’t need to go out anymore and my anxiety is much lower, because of it. I was taking the pill everyday and now I haven’t taken it in one month. :unicorn:

Economy

Well for me being with my parents again and slowly paying debt (even tho I'm making less with EI) and time to rest has actually been good for my anxiety

My bigger anxiety now is finding work and doing legal stuff for divorce

It is depressing to not be able to go to gym or go for a simple beer with a buddy tho. And the weather has been cold for April so can't even take a dam simple walk :noparty:
