thopekas 723 Posted April 16, 2020 Share Posted April 16, 2020 I’m a new makeup artist and in general makeup junkie, but except for like 2-3 things like the eyeliner, the holiday red lipstick and the glam attacks, Hauslabs seem too boring and not interesting enough for me and many of my friends to buy. The products and the packaging is nothing exceptional, also the fact that we cannot see them and test them in person in stores like Sephora is a huge fail, now only hardcore fans seem to buy hauslabs. To sum up I’ve spent like 80euros in total for Hauslabs while I’ve spent at least 200€ for each brand like Jeffree Star, Huda, Fenty, Anastasia Beverly Hills. When I see the products in person and I can see the colors and textures Is so much more usual to buy their products, also when I see amazing and inspired packaging like Jeffree’s for example. Hauslabs unfortunately isn’t something interesting like I expected from Gaga, recently she released some lip crayons and so what ? Nothing new, now she releases some new shades for glosses, also nothing interesting. I'm imagining the iridescent blue one would look cool layered on different colors of the lip liner or lip crayon. That said... how does so much of her stuff leak early? I know everybody else realizes that the lips and nails are literally the same shade. So you can use glam attacks as nail polish too! Just add a top coat I guess. What a way to tie in an entire look. Glam attacks are revolutionary, well atleast the way Hause Labs uses liquid eyeshadpws is revolutionary. Hope they fixed the leaking issues the gold shade had.
