There's a whole epic album in there that no one knows because all they heard were the basic bop sounds of ME! and YNTCD. Cruel Summer, I Think He Knows, Death By A Thousand Cuts, and False God are peak Taylor pop songwriting. She paid Jack Antonoff such dust on those single choices. Also had it been a single, we won't get the iconic performance in the Grammys because Taylor performed it for the fans, who suggested it to her because it is a deep cut.
