The Cure – the one song I wish I could erase from her discography.

Perfect Illusion is one of my favorites, so unexpected and interesting. Seeing it live made it rise even higher in my list of favorite songs she ever released.

It’s so clear from this results that fans really will love anything that becomes hit, and bash everything that flops commercially.
if ASIB was not a bit, I know for sure Shallow would be the one least liked. Until Perfect Illusion flopped on Billboard100, you all were dying for it. Applause was a let down for fans until it became a radio hit. Stupid Love was “everything we wanted from her” and now that it tanked y’all vote for it.

I mean, we are music fans, we are not supposed to be so *Shallow* likr GP when it comes to music. Srsly y’all are a big mess. :triggered:

ps: Perfect Illusion is quality wise the highlight of Gaga discography. What is wrong with u?

The only right answer is The Cure for me.

Bland, generic, nondescript, and unrecognizable as a Gaga song. There is a reason why despite being a moderate hit it’s practically forgotten and has bad recurrent streams.

It reads as a blatant and lazy attempt to release a poppy and inoffensive song to please the fans that didn’t like Joanne.

I don’t wanna say I hate the song, I can bop to it once in a while, but practically everything else in her discography has something unique or interesting about it, while The Cure has nothing. It’s basically the only Gaga song that does nothing for me.

Perfect Illusion was a bad single choice but it was at least unique and had some edge.

G.U.Y. is a highlight in her discography and its flop status shouldn’t be held against it. It came out when the ARTPOP era had been dead for months, any song from the album would’ve flopped at that point.

Well the question is her "worst single" so yea people are gonna vote based off chart performance and not taste.

We're talking about worst singles here so the obvious choice is Perfect Illusion, I love the song but single wise it was like the worst choice ever. G.U.Y. comes close too because nothing could've saved the ARTPOP era at that point, but bless Gaga for giving us some of her most beautiful videos

why GUY? it's a great pop song, radios snobbed it but it had potential

the only right answer is PI

it's a GOOD song, but one of the worst lead-single choices EVER

Do What U Want cause that's the only song I don't know and I don't particularly hate any of the others:vegas:

Agreed. The Cure is too generic while the other singles (well, if we put aside MR and Shallow) are very GaGa-ish.

I’m with this sentiment all the way. I was at Coachella the weekend she debuted the song and when The Cure came on it was so out of place. It felt lifeless and lacked the recognisable fire that makes Gaga stand out. It has definitely grown on me since but I never go to listen to it outwith a playlist.

The “its so generic” opinion about The Cure is so outdated, tiring and false. Can you come up with something else can you come up with something else?

What are you talking about, lmao.

Applause and Do What U Want imo are great singles.

I'm just talking about G.U.Y. I enjoy the song and love the video, but as a single, its her worst single she's released.

You can stop crying about my opinion now and stop calling others stupid for having a different opinion than yours.

Hunny, Chile,  :billie: it’s not that deep
