Stupid Love: Was it Fate?

Featured Posts

"Stupid Love" is a wonderful, upbeat track, and the accompanying music video lends itself to an overarching theme of unity across all tribes. Ironically, immediately after the music video released, the entire world began a quarantine, and in a strong sense, a literal sense of unity spread across the globe. Now, Gaga is fundraising tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions, to help the healing from the pandemic. The album might have been postponed (and somehow has not leaked :enigma: A miracle!), but the music can wait. Gaga sent out a message of unification for us all, and is now delivering on her message.

Therefore, I think the "Chromatica" era is her best era by far. :ally: Gaga stays one step ahead of the game by embodying the message of her music video. It manifested in real life.

What are your thoughts? :huntyga:

As of today, this is an overstatement in my opinion. Does/did it have potential to be her best? Yes. But as of now it is not

I see what you are saying, but suddenly the koontz is her. :ally: Art was on the soup can, and now the soup can is on the art. She may not be able to promote her album according to her initial plan, but it is acting out in real life. Her message was a strong one and it is being performed with real results. Her promotional campaign is the good she is doing for the world.

I mean I guess, but if we're talking best era overall (like, the grandeur of the whole era and how good everything played out).... this is one of her worst so far. Like this is a VERY messy era so far. But I do think the Chromatica era still has a shot at redemption if Gaga and her team plays their cards right.

Sure, but I wouldn’t mind a 10 min break to do a livestream performing SL on her piano. Just like a saying hi, remember the world about the concert and sing a bit.

It's so cohesive. I love BTW, but Chromatica might be an even stronger image.

BTW is like a teenager yelling "I was born this way, Judas! I am my effing hair"

Chromatica is like the cool aunt that cracks jokes and stays out of the drama

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

I think it was fate that the coronavirus detracted from the start of the Chromatica era, so the next single feels like the first single.
