Except that some of the women in this discussion waited 20 years to inform the man. That's the problem. 

And when they did that, they informed you that Biden didnt wanted anything sexually from them ever. 

So you dont shake hands? U dont hug friends? U dont communicate with people non verbally? Good for you. What can I say. The problem is that based on your statements, you should still loose your job if someone accuse you of sexual assault with zero evidence.

Sexual assault victims sometimes take many years to speak out. 

Even if they say it wasn’t sexual, it made them uncomfortable and that’s 100% valid. 

Shaking hands, hugging, etc. with friends/family are all social actions that involve two people agreeing to it. I would never touch someone if I saw it made them uncomfortable.
