So I’m bracing myself for fan reviews of Chromatica when it finally comes out as it’s probably a mix of The Fame and ARTPOP :derpga:

Hair is just a perfect gay anthem for growing up and feeling disconnected from your family? It also appeals to that weird kid who feels like they're alone and wants to be different no matter how people make fun of them. Maybe that's why I vibed with it?

The Queen - it gets better with every listen, IMO. It's such a bop. It's a song you can throw on and just dance and sing loudly in the room when you're by yourself. It's probably the campiest song on the album, sure, but I don't think that makes it bad. This song meant a lot to me because it was a song that I listened to on repeat when I was struggling with my anxiety / depression.

I didn't really care for a lot of the songs on BTW but I love Hair and The Queen. I don't know why it took so long for so many of you to like the song but I swear.. as soon as I heard it for the first time, i was OBSESSED!

I'd say ARTPOP even though I think Joanne comes second. And I kinda agree with the OP, it just didn't age well and some of those songs are questionable. Mess.

ARTPOP was truly ahead of its time... if Gaga released ARTPOP today, the fan base would literally lose their ****. It would be exactly what every Gaga fan would want in pop music

It's not bad but The Fame, the singles are iconic but if it was just the album tracks...

See I personally think ARTPOP suffered from being too behind the times. I think a lot of the music sounded very 2011/2012. It would’ve been considered more experimental and exciting if she just released it like 1 year earlier.

:ladyhaha: This was a way bigger margin than I expected. Little Joannesters are a very vocal minority, it seems
