First of all: who cares? Second: it's been over 10 years since she hit the scene, kids... people age, face shapes change and people may choose to have work done. She no longer has an eating disorder so her face is chubbier. Also, if you're going to develop a double chin it's going to happen in your late 20s through your 30s, which Gaga has. It was inevitable looking at her genetics from both her parents. - Wisdom tooth removal causes slight changes in the jaw which can slightly alter a person's appearance, and Gaga has hers out a few years ago. - Lots of fillers and botox. A lot. I've had fillers and botox so I can spot the telltale signs from a mile away. She has literally admitted to this multiple times in interviews, and we've seen her going in and out of Epione aesthetic clinic MANY TIMES. It's where the epione joke comes from. Stop denying she's had fillers. Having had a lot of botox has caused her eyebrows to droop and lowered her eyelid crease which used to be very high (same exact thing happened to me). I can also tell she's had botox to stop her gummy smile which has dropped her top lip down (same thing I've had done). She's CLEARLY had fillers in her chin, lips, and cheekbones. And I also believe she's had them in her jaw to counteract her double chin, which has broadened her lower face. And also in her nose tip and the top of her bridge to create a straighter appearance from profile. I created this image years ago to ilustrate my point - Because of allll those factors I pointed out, her face is a lot wider than it used to be (particularly around her jaw/chin area), and her lips and chin also project more. All of this extra mass makes her nose look smaller in proportion to her now larger face. Also her eyes appear smaller in proportion to her now larger face, but luckily she's always had big beautiful eyes. Now can we just get over what she looks like for once and for all?
