It was actually so defined come TFM, when she started losing her chubby cheeks and her jaw was razor sharp. It’s the reason why I miss her old face, it was so defined and versatile.
 

Now the definition in her face come from the cheek filler and her chin.

It’s a good theory but I don’t believe she was a mouth-breather. Mouth breathers have a very characteristic profile and the few pictures we’ve seen from her childhood, she didn’t look like it either

well from what I know, you can’t really change that without braces or (non-cosmetic) surgery

I think its important for celebrities to be honest and open about how they spend their money to enhance their physical appearance, when asked about it.  I understand everyone is entitled to keep things private & to themselves, however, I dont think anyone should feel ashamed to admit the work they've had done.  Plastic surgery has too bad a stigma attached to it.  Beauty is attainable for almost anybody.

Many people explain this with plastic surgery, but I don't think its the case. I believe Gaga used to be a major mouth-breather early on in her career, but as she started showing off her voice more to the world (though jazz, the sound of music, superbowl, etc) she really started focusing on her breathing technique to improve her singing, one of these techniques involves breathing through your nose, (which expands your airway size). I think you can visually see examples of Gaga's mouth-breathing habits in all the "open mouth" pictures she had around 2010 compared to these last few years, where her lips are closed much more often. A simple chin filler wouldn't change that.

Common differences between nasal breathers and mouth breathers, (one of which includes a difference in airway size).

 

Many people think there's no way to change this, but this isn't the case.

There are many NATURAL ways of changing your overall face shape, one of them being "mewing"

 

Examples of people who have changed their face shapes though changing their breathing techniques/habits:

In conclusion, I believe it's Gaga's new singing/breathing techniques over the years that changed her jaw/chin shape, not plastic surgery.

Not this "mewing" nonsense      It doesn't work and it does have any benefit to doing it. There's no scientific evidence to suggest it works. 

Females in general (biologically speaking) don't tend to have a sharp jaw/cheek/chin, those are more commonly found in males.

And also, what I will say is that the way in which you breathe CAN alter the shape of the face, BUT only when the face is still changing and growing (new borns and child development/puberty stage). Post pubescent people experience minor changes with just the nose and ears that still change/grow.

So Gaga's change in her face is probably to to with her fillers as obviously she is post pubescent, she's female, and we know for a fact she uses fillers. None of this mewing shite

And Gaga has been using less and less fillers now, her face looks like the way it used to.

Maybe she had invisalign installed, idk... It seems like her teeth were much more angled (for the lack of a better word) than they are now.

Getting older and make up does change your face but looking at these photos looks like the classic examples of before and after fillers that are shown at cosmetic offices. Literally nothing wrong with it just is what it is.
