The point of getting The World Health Organization to be involved is to make sure that the funds will be directed properly. She didn't ask money from anyone else but big companies that will probably survive after this pandemic. Telling everyone to just relax and enjoy the show. Please explain to me how the hell you came to the conclusion that raising $35 million from corporations (not even asking the average person for donations), and organizing an event with dozens upon dozens of artists to help bring some levity during a stressful time such as this, is somehow self serving/fake? Either way, this deduction of yours is unequivocally false and completely nonsensical in every possible context. In no way does accomplishing charitable feats such as this give off even an iota of selfishness. Because it’s just hilarious that even when Gaga helps raise 35 million for a special cause, fans still get pressed over something, this time because they think she won’t perform.
