I'm not sure that statement is true... The Nick Knight photoshoot happened on December 14th 2010, the Terry Richardson one was four days later, on the 18th, and was commissioned by Harper's Bazaar, so it definitely wasn't an improvised BTS thing.

Ah really? I thought it all happened the same day, didn't know there was a four day gap between them! Weird how she decided to do the same look twice in a matter of four days. Bottom line is, the looks are still from 2010
