Madonna is a whole generation herself. She is the epitome of a musical pop girl. I'm not her stan but I give credit where credit is due.

For the dance pop girl, it’s Janet all day long.  Britney was carbon copy, but she was called the new Madonna simply because she was white and blonde.  
 

Gaga truly was the only “new Madonna” when she came along.

True 

But even if u aren’t white or gay you can’t deny that those two eras (out of the ones you listed) are the strongest. 
I think 2020 is getting better for the pop girls
