Stef 61,598
The bundles argument is so redundant. Everyone uses them. Gaga too. Signature loading… 👹🖤
elijahfan 26,311
Ooooooh that hurts But people really shouldn't care that much about those things.... Who the hell cares, it's all a big d*ck contest. It's cool to rejoice when your fave goes #1, but if it's not the case, whatever, you know?

That's kinda ridiculous... charts are just numbers, they don't mean much. What's important, on the other hand, is the number of copies sold - a consistent top 10 record with longevity over the weeks will make more money than a #1 on first week followed by a steep fall afterward, which tends to happen a lot with artists with large fanbases that rush in stores as soon as the record gets out. What I mean is that a #1 is actually very subjective. And I'm not sure the statement that top-charting artists get more artistic freedom is true, I would say it's quite the opposite: the more money you make, the more anxious the label gets to reproduce this success. There are countless nightmare stories of huge artists who got issues with their labels for this very reason, I mean we as Little Monsters should know... StrawberryBlond 14,883
Can't this original number be added on? As it's not their fault it happened and those sales are still valid, not like they cheated the numbers. Doesn't really seem fair. If this happened to Gaga, I'd be pissed. Maybe Beyonce fans see this as retribution for when they (completely unexpectantly) stole the #1 spot from Everything Is Love in 2018! It goes to show that even with hits, people still continue to be wary of buying female fronted albums. I thought Dua would get #3 at the absolute worst but it looks like America's still warming to her. 6 hours ago, Regina George said: I never knew 5SOS is this popular.. What’s up with that? They just have a devoted fanbase when it comes to album sales. Touring sales too. It's rare to see such consistent sales from album to album, even with the gap between their second and third album. It's odd for such a young fanbase to not concern themselves with buying singles, but it is what it is. But considering there was no hype for this new release and they could only get 1 out of 3 singles charting in America, I'm really surprised how well they still did. Nope, Tay also missed out on a world record because LWYMMD charted in the hot 100 prematurely preventing her from a #1 debut because radios were playing the song so much before the start of radio week counting or whatever it's called
