Yes. 18 months on the average (may take longer) However, if its already an existing drug on the market for example, Remdesivir which was the anti-viral drug against Ebola, then this will expedite the process. In this case, it may take 2-3 months at least especially now that we are under pandemic crisis the Government will be lenient on the clinical testing.
