The LQ aspect of the initial leaked picture could also be a reason. But quite frankly, her BTW tattoo is easier to hide than most of us seem to believe - back in 2010, when she had had the tattoo done but hadn't announced the title of the album yet, she used to hide it that way during Monster Ball shows.
