Very unlikely because the insiders who described the album cover said that physicals haven't been printed yet. Usually album leaks happen from physicals...... (maybe just the vinyls were printed since this process takes longer) And her team wouldn't have decided to postone IF they already had physicals in stock so I doubt this will happen.
