TB to when Britney predicted her breakdown and her future with this song and lyrics:

Spoiler

This is the story about Mona Lisa
The Mona Lisa

Ladies and gentlemen, I've got a little story to tell
About Mona Lisa and how she suddenly fell
See everyone knew her, they knew her oh so well
Now I am taking over to release her from her spell

She's the original
She's unforgettable
She wants you to know
She's been gone

It's kind of incredible
She's so unpredictable
She wants you to know
She's been gone, she's been gone, she's been gone

She was taken under drowning in her sea
Running like an angel, she was crying and could not see, oh no
Now see everyone's watching as she starts to fall
They want her to breakdown be a legend of her fall

Ladies does that make you cry?
Mona Lisa's got to fly, nobody really dies
Everyone, may we have a moment of silence right here
God

2004

The radio station KISS-FM received a call from someone claiming to be Britney Spears and how they wanted to premiere a new song on the radio. As anyone else would, Jesse Lozano, the host of the station, dismissed the call as a prank. Someone like Britney Spears, whose fame at the time is comparable to that of Taylor Swift, would never just randomly call a station and put out a song. Sure enough, of course, the one, the only, Britney Spears shows up at the station with her dog, her bodyguard, and an unmarked CD in hand. A shellshocked Lozano and Britney quickly settle in for this unscripted appearance.

This was such an epic but sad moment. She really wanted this song to be released, especially for its lyrics mirroring her personal life in the industry but her label didn't want to so she went behind their backs to the radio station with the song in a CD. Her team and label, furious, scrapped the entire album

I always wondered if her breakdown would have happened if she released this record... She wanted to communicate with people so bad and the only way she could was through music and they didn't even let her do that...

Same... that triggered her for sure, although Blackout was considered the final result of that album, since she allegedly took a more controlling turn, even credited as the executive producer. But it'll always be a mystery...

Speaking of, how's her conservatorship situation with this whole Coronavirus and lockdown? She had some jury or something this month...
