The first official recorded number was 571 cases back in January 21, 2020 and was in China Only. You can track the semi-realtime number of case through this site: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ Stay at home, practice good social distancing and hygiene and please a face mask when you have to go out for essential goods or inevitable reasons. Live science yesterday report the death rate as of today was only 0.66% with out mentioning the infected number.
