I never got the product I paid for, or even an update about said product after the postponement. 
 

There was no hesitation to charge that card, there should have been no hesitation to put it back once the decision was made for her to not release it and have us pre order again once the new date was set.

She literally has a career because we CHOOSE to support her. This is her career and she’s selling a product. Sure she doesn’t “owe” us anything but the same can be said for us, the consumers.  We can take our money elsewhere and support another music artist if that’s the case 🤷🏿‍♀️

It’s a pre-order.. if you didn’t want to be charged then you should’ve waited to purchase the album when it’s released.

why would people want to cancel a preorder when it could've been unnecessary? I understand the situation and the fact that postponing the album is a right decision. But we are allowed to express what we think and currently yes, she owes us something, whether big or small, something 

if one day the tours are postpones, which is very likely to happen, then yes, she does owe some of her fans something as well. Especially to those who make travel arrangements. It is polite to be ok with her no matter what, but not a must.

Where did I say someone doesn't have the right to not like everything Gaga does? I can handle it but its more of a reflection of their character, depending on how they put out that opinion. If someone does it in a distasteful or mean way, then

we've been dealing with this since probably the creation of this forum, idk what's so hard to understand that some people have a different, 'distasteful' way of voicing their opinions. as far as i can see, nobody here is wishing death upon her or calling her terrible names, but saying 'shes gun flop shes over' honestly is nothing terrible at all.

I am not denying your expressions ... once again she does not owe us anything ... she is a human being liek us .... if she don't want to give us anything ... she has every rights to process that decision .
