Can we talk about how cringe Camila & Shawn's fake relationship is getting?

These videos of them walking slowly in public looking like they are waiting for cameras... Or them constantly holding hands and smiling in public places like arena games for 2 whole hours... No legit couple does that

 

I've never seen such a more obvious fake relationship in my life and it's starting to reach a critical point where my cringe baromator is gonna break

I think it’s so cringy that it’s actually real  There’s a cringiness when it’s obvious it’s fake but they’re past that, if you’ve ever had friends in a relationship you’ll know those people who are always public about it.

There's 3 possibilities I see:

 

#1 they are just THAT deep in love and infatuated and that's why they are so cringe

 

#2 they want a relationship and are trying to convince themselves they are in love, including a possibly gay in the closet

 

#3 their relationship is fake and they suck at making it look natural

 

I think #3 is the most likely

Havana was good, but was streamed forced on like every playlist for months

she is trying to re created that moment of a Havana 2.0

 

Shawn is the one that builed a huge stan base and is a radio darling with his basic pop song, nothing wrong with that.

Its just nothing interesting for me tbh

Honestly, I kind of agree. I was convinced it was fake, but it's so cringey and people (not just twitter randos) are openly making jokes and all...that it's hard to see the benefit of them continuing to be in a relationship if it is fake. Shawn, especially, probably would have dropped her after the controversy if it was fake imo.

JMO but they are "those" type of people that you mentioned...and it's compounded by the fact that both are former child stars who feel like they have something to prove.
