I’ve never seen a better example of cutting off your nose to spite your face. If Bernie supporters go to the polls to cast a vote for Trump, they they are dumber than I thought. I don't necessarily agree with what they're doing, I'm only stating what the logic behind it is. Besides, they're obviously a very, very small minority and you are doing exactly what this article wanted you to do: generalize and demonize "Bernie supporters" as a whole. chaeri pls

StarstruckIllusion 53,564
25% of Hillary Supporters voted for John McCain so lemme not see Sanders Supporter smears from centrists/neolibs on here. 15% of Bernie supporters supported Trump in 2016 too so this is nothing shocking. Y’all should be asking yourself why YET ANOTHER “moderate” is NOT sweeping.
Economy 52,847
This is kinda predictable no? Did anyone expect ALL of Bernie's supporters to support Biden? There could just as easily be a simmilar number of moderates that would vote for Trump over Bernie but not if Biden is an option Would be curious to see the real numbers tho. These polls always have such high margins of error

Establishment candidates, who are typically center-right, have never been able to beat hardcore republicans. Bill Clinton (moderate Dem) beat the far right Bob Dole (only republican to advocate for cutting PUBLIC PARKS spending - a department that was created by a Republican). RepentingSinner 2,642
If i was an american i would do the same tbh. Not because i like Trump, but as a way to balance. I doubt 8 years of Biden would be good. 4 more of Trump, then a fresh democrat.

A real progressive voter would never try to enable fascism. These cosplay socialists are trying everything they can to destroy Bernie's brand and burn everything down in the most critical election of modern American history. Hoping the number is significantly less and people are knocked into their senses when the time comes in November to vote because if not... End the entitlement and voter shaming please. It’s a democracy. It’s not childish to realize that candidate votes have to be earned. Y’all can push neoliberal ideas all day long but they seem to be a losing strategy... again... APPLAUSE4YOU 454
I would have to vote Biden over Trump no questions asked but it does annoy me that if he wins we have no choice but to have him run 8 years or lose his spot to another republican next time around. Clinton was the incumbent in that election, though, he wasn't running against Dole as much as Dole was running against him. Though I should have been clearer, I meant in an election in which the incumbent is a far-right republican.
