It's true that his wigs have been sub-par lately over the last few years compared to early Gaga eras but there are probably many reasons for it. Since Joanne, Gaga has wanted to show more of her true, natural self and less of her character self. That's why she ditched wigs for such a long time and hardly wears them in public now. It could also be due to the fact that she wants her looks to be messy and sloppy on purpose, because she's a rebellious artist. Also, some of Gaga's early creative collaborators left (Matthew 'Dada' Williams, LaurieAnn Gibson etc). We'll never know what are the true reasons behind who she is as an artist today. But to strip Freddie of his work and deride him when he's created some of the most iconic Gaga hair looks is just awful "I was protected by the monks of Azarath, I was raised by my friends.
