This was her first concert residency (Vegas who?), which began on March 28 and concluded on April 7 after completing seven shows. Gaga revealed that Roseland was the only venue in New York City that she had never played, although she had visited there previously to watch shows. A poster announcing the event was released, showing an old image of Gaga taken before the time she became successful as a recording artist. It was the final event hosted by the venue after it was announced that it was being closed down! Also, it was the last show for Amanda Balen, a dancer who left Haus team due to health issues. My friends and I would wait outside the backstage door almost every night to watch her enter and leave the venue. She would always stop to greet the fans. It worked in the end though so it was worth it. She performed so many songs I didn't think she would do. I flew in from Toronto to go see the show. When she sang Black Jesus I completely lost it. I’ve seen many shows at the Roseland it was great to close the place out with Gaga.
