It's a breach of the law in Spain, under a royal decree. This is happening in a center that had to be quickly adapted to accommodate many infected people, along with the equipment and supplies. It's not safe for the sick ones to have this unprotected guy who decides to just sneak in the back (even acknowledging it to his colleagues), nor for the staff, nurses and doctors. This is a serious matter that everyone should be taken seriously and cooperate, it shows in these comments
