Once the height of this virus has ended, I think she will slowly roll out the era the way she wants it. Sadly, not the way she planned, but I'm excited to see what she has up her sleeve. You'd all lynch him. Anyway. I completely agree. I think the plan is to, theoretically, re-start the era. It's clear that Gaga is going to play a more involved role in handling this virus. And there's no way she'd want to start talking about her own work, whilst doing that. And history will remember Gaga kindly for this. The delay, in the long term, will mean nothing to her career. But her reaction to this pandemic could really form part of her legacy. I also think, weirdly, the delay will benefit Gaga's pop career, too. SL hasn't completely smashed, but it's reignited a part of the GP that might've 'forgot' about her dance tracks. Now, in a few months time, when ROM releases, the GP will view THAT as her 'big' pop return, and see SL as a kind of appetiser. Had ROM released weeks after SL, the song may have been clouded by some of the negative opinions of the latter. This way, the era completely refreshes and starts again. But since this virus has yet to peak, I don't think that'll happen until the Fall. It's obvious that the tour will be postponed, so that can't be seen anymore as a 'deadline' for the album release. In France, we don't know yet (I live there), the lockdown may be extended too because the situation is very critical. And maybe the US will take a decision like UK, who knows ?
