They are literally hired by her though. Sarah (love Sarah, no hate to her) is promoting the brand and company that also belongs to Gaga.

They are hired to do her hair and make up, which they are not doing atm. And in Sarah's case, It's not all she does. When Gaga has slower months, Sarah does a lot of other projects. In this case the focus is on discussing her craft, not (just) selling hauslabs.

Sure, it's not a good move to promote the sale on non essential goods, but in this case that's not the focus.

All Sarah is saying is she will share her knowledge with everyone who wants to listen. Why is that an issue? And why would that ever stand in the way of Gaga and her music? :ladyhaha:

According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch

Because it's literally called "HausCall", which directly references the brand created by Gaga.

If Sarah Tanno wants to go on Instagram live and talk about makeup, why not, but from a Public Relations standpoint, referencing the Lady Gaga makeup brand name, a brand to manufacture and sell makeup products for profit, is a poor decision given Gaga's statement about why she was delaying the album.

She could have done her makeup tutorials or whatever she is doing without referencing the company. By referencing the company, which is an extension of Lady Gaga, it makes the statement about delaying the album seem hypocritical.

Lady Gaga is a brand name, and brand 101 dictates that all extensions of a brand should follow the exact same idealogy and messaging.

No one said she couldn't do that.

It’s been confirmed that Gaga won’t be involved as she does not want to distract from the manufacturing of essential medical equipment and production of food supplies.

It's not pathetic at all.

She explicitly mentioned people putting forth their attention towards helping people who are financially struggling due to Coronavirus but then has no problem with her company asking people to purchase makeup?

"If I pick up the keytar and play the wrong note in front of 100 million people, its my fault. Doesn't matter that someone else screwed it up, its my name."

It is pathetic. You're just using it to use as ammo against a pop star for not releasing her album that she worked on for years during a pandemic. I mean that sentence alone is all I need to say.

Except I'm not blaming her specifically. I'm blaming the people who work together to create her brand.

Normally this wouldn't annoy me, but how is it that anyone thinks it's okay to delay an album and forgo music for the foreseeable future, but allow your team to promote makeup and your company instead?

I just wish I had the answers.

Make up is much more profitable than music .

You literally just provided support to what I am saying. The term "Haus" has always been part of the Lady Gaga brand name, and a brand should have clear consistent messaging for all aspects of it.

Thats like saying it's okay if Gaga kept Freddie or Bobby in her employ if they decided to go on Twitter and call people f*ggots. "Well it's not Gaga who saying it!"

Because Lady Gaga is in charge of Haus Laboratories, it's literally her company, and her statement about delaying the album was attributed to wanting people to focus on Coronavirus, but since delaying the album, the only things we've gotten from anything having to do with the "Lady Gaga" brand has been promoting makeup bundles, FaceTime calls about makeup, and makeup artists doing yoga.

She's busy building medical supplies

Maybe. Then I hope that whatever profits made from the makeup since the album delay was announced should be going directly to Coronavirus relief funds.
