She must have donated a ton of money. The head of WHO, no matter how problematic, isn't going to get on twitter and thank her just for calling him up. It's a poorly worded tweet, and people are infuriated at WHO, the "elites" (including celebs), and more so of course the mentions are in shambles even though it's obvious what he meant.

Gaga does a lot of private (and public) charity but she should just make it public.
