I mean.... :billie:  Lover was when everyone loved her again, I wasn't a fan before and she got me in the Lover era. I think she earned more peoples hearts in the lover era than 1989 :billie:

An album filled with great (pure) pop songs. Close to no fillers.

Yeah then your list minus Teenage Dream

The Fame and The Fame Monster are the current pop bibles

Then Teenage Dream

Then Dangerous Woman

Then Lover

And now it will be Chromatica

See, that's what happens when you only listen to mainstream music

I'm starting to see a pattern here:

2000: Backstreet Boys - Black and Blue

2004: Gwen Stefani - Love.Angel.Music.Baby

2005: Backstreet Boys - Never Gone

2010: Katy Perry - Teenage Dream

2014: Taylor Swift - 1989

2015: Carly Rae Jepsen - EMOTION

2020: Dua Lipa - Future Nostalgia

Next pop bible in 2024 confirmed? Who do you think will deliver the next one?

But it's your opinion, you invented the pattern. :toofunny:

Excuse me you forgot Blackout?

I see it more as dance pop, not (pure/plastic) pop. It's still a bible though.

It's going to be Chromatica.

The Fame is an absolute bible not just pop, the same for TFM and Born This Way. Lots of Madonna's album were pop Bible in the '80 and '90. Never forget MJ entire discography. Janet Jackson discography is another important part of pop culture. Katy's Teenage dreams is another one. Who knows Spice Girls discography can agree that they delivered the most squisite pop music as a girl band in the '90s and 2000s.

Future Nostalgia is a good pop album, but everything i've mentioned above is a smack to Dua Lipa's new album.

I've quoted my explanation for omitting TFM and Blackout above :ally: Like A Prayer has Oh Father, Dear Jessie, Love Song that disqualify it from being a bible (as in they are not good :laughga:)

you forget Madonna's best song:
