I can acknowledge 2010 and 2014 and I haven't heard Dua's yet....but the rest of your selections and omissions are confusing. So no I don't see any sort of pattern whatsoever.

A masterpiece honestly... I'd say it would be this

2008 -  The Fame

2009 -  The Fame Monster

2010 - Teenage Dream

2011 -  Born This Way

2013 - Prism, ARTPOP

2016 -  Dangerous Woman

2019 - Lover

2020 - Chromatica

Is Lover really a pop bible though? More so than 1989?

reality’s tight if the music is right

Its a ballad, but the problem is that her voice (to me) isn't suited for ballads :selena:  the instrumental is nice, but her voice ruins the moment imo

Well both are actually, but I'd say Lover was bigger interms of impact that 1989

I can totally understand that. I have that same opinion on Britney for example.

I love Future Nostalgia but I think it is too early to say this album is 2020th pop bible. We need to wait more. :)

And who else could it be? Britney is not releasing this year and Rihanna is not pop

kinda confused as to why none of Gaga's albums aren't here.

I don't see any of Gaga's albums as pure pop like Teenage Dream, 1989 and EMOTION are. The Fame comes closest. The same reason I didn't include Blackout.

I’ll take your word for it. I haven’t seen the impact but might just be biased because I don’t like Lover and haven’t really been following the era closely
