Thanks Well, in that case I apologize. You should be able to just cancel your order and get a refund no problem, I'm not sure what you think is complex about that. I haven't pre-ordered anything ever in my life but wherever you have an account and you can manage your orders, it should be somewhere over there. Or check your confirmation e-mail.
