She’s saying SHE’s not comfortable releasing And she’s choosing not to due to a variety of reasons: starting with the fact that she cant carry out her artistic vision like she wants it due to the outbreak. Following the business decision that its best for her and her employees to wait from a profit point of view, and finally on top of that the fact that she wants to take the virus seriously and she wont compromise her health or her teams just because she has an album coming up. I think through her post its quite clear that on top of the business point of view, Gaga herself wants to take the health guidelines seriously. She doesn't want to go out or make her team go out. This is the same woman who posted about not being able to see her parents and grandmothers. Thats how serious it is to her. On top of a business point decision (which IS justified even if monsters don't feel comfortable admitting it), is also a decision propelled by a desire to actually take care of her own people, not a decision based on wether its the right thing to do or not in the publics eyes. There are layers to this decision but most just want to see the business one, say she’s a hypocrite and call it a day There doesnt have to be a line when theres several things factoring into the outcome.
