Erm... I've been in quarantine for far longer than most people. I've had to call in sick because I experienced virus symptoms. I'm not out of touch. But I also know that a lot of people in the world have it a lot worse than me and I don't want to lose touch with that reality.

How would I be done? I'm saying we should take COVID-19 very seriously but also other humanitarian crises that have been dragging on for years with barely any wide awareness or care.

Coronavirus is new and we don’t fully understand it, nor do we have immunity to it. 

While the rates of infection and death are not high as the flu or whatever, it’s still a scary time for everyone and the last thing people are looking for is “Lady Gaga’s new album.”

Gaga wants to put this album out how she intended, it’s her work and vision and this isn’t how she planned her art to be shown. Gaga isn’t going out according to her insta, nor many other people apart from essential things, which limits the experience, filming and performances. It is what it is and let’s get through this virus together and enjoy the album when it’s out!

And you really think people would care a lot more about her album if this crisis didn't happen? If anything, with most people being home bored all the time, she has a much bigger shot at commanding public attention for this album

we want to hear music to get us through these hard times. 

We don't want a new haus palet then i would agree with this

music helps people. It can be a confort for millions of people who are feeling lonely right now

Maybe. Maybe not. I think more people (the GP) are worried about their health and the economic impact of not working. 

And her Instagram message made it seem like she wanted to promote and have a more visible album release campaign.
