Then I heard the album and ... for me personally it was underwhelming Besides Boys Will Be Boys and Break My Heart (and ofc DSN and Physical) I do not like any of the songs for me the whole album just doesn't do anything and I've listened to it on repeat many times now (to make sure that I am not just discarding songs for no reason)... and I am really not saying this in a mean way or anything, it's just how I feel about it. Physical however will for sure be my favorite song of 2020... Gaga really needs to do smth amazing to top that song for me. The only two songs on the album that didn't click are Pretty Please; which is... fine as a standalone song, like if that made it onto Selena's Rare, I would have probably called it one of the better songs, but as it's surrounded by so much GODLINESS, it pales in comparison. The other song that I didn't like was Good in Bed. Everything else, was a homerun, Cool, Physical and Hallucinate are absolutely stunning. It's the best (big) pop album I've listened to since Reputation.

She's a popstar, not a human Zoloft pill. Her music has saved lives, sure, but people placing their entire lives and mental well-being on an upcoming Lady Gaga pop album is unhealthy and over the top. If someone's mental health is that low, they need to seek actual professional help for it, not Stupid Love and Babylon. You're basically now equating Gaga delaying the album as her committing manslaughter. If you are dealing with suicidal thoughts and mental health issues, you can look at the variety of resources the Born This Way Foundation offers, not her pop albums. I truly implore you if you were being serious, to seek actual professional help, cuz suicide is not worth it. It's really not.

Cool and Hallucinate are good, nothing more than that, just ok songs which I do not hate, but I don't see them grow on me that much. As I said Physical is an absolute gem, Don't Start also, and Break My Heart is good as well (she obviously knows how to pick the singles)... but it's far from the best album for me (which is disappointing because I was really fired up for it after she released Physical)... the last really good pop album for me was Little Mix - LM5. xoxo

Terrible decision that stems from sales and not from actually helping people. Chromatica would not have slowed down the process of finding a cure. People who struggle with mental health challenges need more than an album. No offense, but if you or someone you know has these struggles then I strongly encourage seeking professional help. An album will only do so much; what do you say to the person that moves on from the album and has to wait another 2-3 years for new music? Don’t do this to yourself. You and anyone struggling have to find things outside of art and music that are worth living for. You’re not alone in this situation, but you have to be reasonable. MiracleGg 1,272
What I can't understand is why do you have to prove something to people who only think about themselves? They don't care about Gaga, her health, her feelings, her nerves, and so on. All they need from her is music, videos, photo shoots and performances. They can't understand that it wasn't HER who made the DECISION, it's only the label that makes the decision, and maybe Gaga herself didn't want to delay the release of the album.
