This is a GAGA FAN FORUM, we're discussing about the thing we can discuss here, and not the future of the world.

Stop lecturing people trying to sound "profound", that's ridiculous. Besides, you care about her sales more than her music, otherwise you wouldn't care if the album is released tomorrow and is streamed less than expected. You car only for that little #1 on Billboard. So please, leave deaths alone, thanks.

Anyway, we're not pissed because our CD arrived later than expected, but the decision not to release an album in a bloody streaming service (which would have been the most logic decision) just to show the world you want to share your music.

A mess, really. I hope little managers are happy now.

You all need to take a chill pill. The woman recently announced that she was quarantined and staying away from her PARENTS and GRANDMOTHER because they are elderly. She has a life and have some respect. 

I don't think it will leak because this decision was more than likely not made just this morning. It was probably made soon after the release of Stupid Love and they just announced the delay. So the album probably haven't even reached distributers for it to be printed as yet.

Ahh damn. Although I think new music would be a wonderful boost right now, ultimately this is probably the best decision overall. The world is full of such uncertainty and sadness at the moment, I can totally understand why it doesn’t feel right to release the album at this point in time.

This must have been unbelievably hard for her to have to say to us; I imagine she’s heartbroken that all her plans have fallen apart. I think we need to recognise that she has clearly been working really hard behind the scenes to execute an incredible era for us, and that she wants to implement it all properly.

Having said all of that, I am so beyond sad and deflated. Chromatica was the only thing giving me some hope during this time, I feel suffocated by anxiety at the moment and the idea of new Gaga music right around the corner was truly a light at the end of the tunnel. But this is for the best, and we’ll get the music at some point soon. Let’s hope that things get better over the coming weeks. Even if social distancing has to continue, hopefully lockdowns will slow the spread of the disease and at least some of the uncertainty and anxiety is lifted.

I can’t wait for the end of all this, it’s going to be such a celebration and Chromatica will be the soundtrack to our joy!

To be honest, I expected this. I’m not disappointed, I feel like this was the only decision she could’ve made. Now just isn’t the time for an album and we all must accept that. I don’t want to see any negativity, because what would you do in her position?

Chromatica will still come and it will be amazing. We just have to be patient.

I understand being dissapointed, but many of you sound like whiny 5 year olds who don't understand a got damn thing. 

If this album came out right now, we would have gotten an album and that's IT besides maybe one or two more whack ass radio interviews. Her new era/comeback she worked so hard to create would have basically been a non event.

Most of you whiners also have the attention of fleas and would be asking her for a new album by August since this one was "ruined."

I'm so proud of her!! 

She's doing the right thing! She cares about us, she knows that the world is bleeding and nobody cares about new albums... 

She's not selfish, she doesn't live in her own "planet" ...  cheering up with another top5 hit for example, knowing that her fans and all people are afraid! 

I'm so sad about Coachella but I'm sure that she will come back more stronger and passionate to show us what had already prepared!! 

I wasn't there for another - half finished - ARTPOP era! 

So, she did the best... 

Don't be angry about this, we have to think maturely and to trust her!!

Why is everyone keep saying that the album will leak??? If they didn’t already send it to the stores it won’t leak!!! At least, I hope so!!!

I just hope the album doesn't leak in the meantime. That way, the whole continuation of the era can indeed be postponed and that's it. We will be able to experience it more like she intended to, minus the secret Coachella set (cry). 

What actually irks me is how she worded the postponement. She's talking about how she decided it isn't the right time, which indeed kinda contradicts the message she's been spreading about the album about "healing in hard times". I hope she's referring more to the part of "there's more important things atm" and the fact that she wouldn't be able to do performance and interviews etc. right now

Why didn't she say it was her labels decision? Or at least mention the label?
Did her label force her to make it look like it was her decision? Was it her decision after all? (which I'd seriously doubt). 

I'm happy that she's still optimistic about the Chromatica Ball! + the fact that she's hoping the tour can take place this summer, definitely means that, if in the end it isn't possible to do the original dates, she will postpone them.
