The ATRL insider has been very clear that there will be a meeting this friday when they make the decision. Here in California we’re on “lockdown” but you still can order and receive items from online merchants (mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are still operating normally. You can leave your house to pick up to-go orders from restaurant and you’re allowed to exercise outdoors in your own neighborhood - it’s not super restricting.
