It‘s selfish to me people just want the album. It‘s sad to see the fanbase like that. Where sre the people that enjoy her promo, her looks, her incredible live performances... And if the album came out and bombed as expected, this whole entire forum would be meltdowning and it would inject such a bad vibe into the base that wouldn't go away. Yeah you get your music, but you get the media dragging gaga and her flop album. You get Gaga depressed. You don't get another dance pop album. It's bad enough seeing what happened to stupid love. Gaga needs support right now. Stare at the Chartster in the mirror they talk to me too. #StreamFunTonight

That doesn't explain why most artists still do their best in promoting their work. It sounds more like you want the album despite everything else. I think it's the thing of some staff are already paid and don't make money from album sales, the artist does so that's one of the reasons why their promote their work as well as obviously being excited and proud. The same with movies, most of the cast and crew have made their money before the movie is released and the only ones who make money after are ones with shares, investments and ownership. But I think she should release it whenever her and interscope think is best for the album, the original release date feels too soon anyway like there wasn't enough time to build up hype

She is not able to rehearse, do photoshoots, perform, do interviews right now sweetie. And a true artist enjoys the whole releasing process of an era because it makes their work reach a wider audience. If Gaga could impact more people, she'd definitely choose to instead of a relatively smaller group of people. And what is wrong in that?

I live in Italy, everything is locked down and everyday I wake up expecting some Gaga news to keep me uplifted. BUT (and it's a big one) in the past Gaga had to rush eras, cancel plans and give us half of her vision too many times. I can't imagine how frustrated she can be by this situation and how many things planned for us she had for her BIG POP RETURN. This is why, out of respect for her and her vision, I would be ok with her postponing the album (even tho extreeeeemely sad), because I don't want CHromatica to be just an album thrown at us, I want it to be the full thing she envisioned at its max potential. Couldn’t say it better. I‘m in France anf currently are in the same situation but I still don‘t want just an album and that‘s it. I‘m sure Gaga and her whole team don‘t want that too... But hey, as I said maybe the release more singles then to keep us hyped SwissMonster®️ - Creating controversy since 1999

Thank you! I myself have been waiting for this album for years but waiting a couple of more months is worth it if it means she's able to deliver her full vision, which actually benefits not just herself but also fans. ISN'T THIS RECORD ABOUT DANCING THRU OUR PAIN? Releases early but bombs: Is Gaga over? Why did Chromatica flop? She should've waited longer. Interscope can't do sh*t! We saw how that worked for Stupid Love, while there wasn‘t a global pandemic...The first week was excellent but then she went full on silent. Don‘t get me wrong, I like her team but I doubt there is much to do. They can only facetime, they can‘t even meet... You honestly think Gaga was going to do any of that promotion for this album? It's 2020, artists don't do that anymore, they let word of mouth travel. Just look at Stupid Love. ZERO promotion except two radio interviews. That wasn't because of the virus.

Tons of artists still do interviews (radio and TV alike) as well as perform in 2020. I see artists promoting on Ellen, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, SNL, Zane Lowe interview, Graham Norton all the time.
