I know Chromatica isn't a utopia (maybe unlike Venus) but the concepts are related because both involve leaving current material or ideal reality in favor of a new one. The thing is Gaga fans will physically buy the album and there IS GP hype for LG6, believe it or not. Her monthly listeners on spotify are at an all time high (higher than at Shallow's peak post Oscars).
