As long as it remains stable with streaming and sales, and keeps growing on radio, it should improve positions on the Hot 100. It might not be a super mega smash, but the fact that radio is supporting a song like this is pretty amazing in itself, as this isn’t exactly “radio friendly”, especially considering Gaga’s only recent successes have been ballads.
