Since 0:00 CET, residents of Tyrol are no longer allowed to leave their houses, except for doctor's appointments, getting medicine or groceries. Residents of Tyrol will not be allowed to see doctors, grocery shop or go to the bank in bigger cities, if their own home community provides these services as well. If the town of residency does not have that kind of infrastructure, people are only allowed to visit the next neighboring community that does have the infrastructure. Tyroleans are not allowed to leave Tyrol and residents of the other 8 Austrian states are not allowed to enter Tyrol. Tyrol, specifically the ski-resort Ischgl, became infamous this week as Europe's biggest hotspot for Corona infections.
