I'm not a Pop music fan, I had zero interest in Pop music when she broke into the scene, and I was very judgemental towards the genre. But after Paparazzi and Bad Romance I became a little more open-minded. Now I listen to all sorts of Pop musicians if and when I'm in the mood. Now at my school, when we sing a Jazz song that I recognize (like Cheek To Cheek) I go crazy while everyone around me looks very concerned. She also got me into Semi Precious Weapons, which are now one of my favorite bands and possibly my favorite band that doesn't exist anymore. If I wasn't interested in checking out Gag's competition, I would never have seen a single Taylor Swift music video. Gaga has introduced me into some obscure artists like Zomby, who she used his song for an interlude for the monster ball tour in 2009.
