Today in Switzerland, with a bit more than 1000 cases and 9 death the authorities have edicted drastic mesures against the virus. All gathering of more than 100 people are forbidden. 50 only in bars, clubs, ski resorts. People are pressed to keep security distances and avoid contact. All schools are closed. Self-containment is on the general agenda. 10 billions help is allocated to economy with low administrative delays access. Strong border controls restricted to swiss people only. All hospitals in the country are in touch to gather their available resources and emergency beds and structures.

I think it's great. Wise decisions. Taken at the right time. Our health security leaders are in touch with China experts to keep the most accurate info and act accordingly.

I was in my local store this evening. The shelves were slightly more empty than usual, but nothing dramatic. No toilet paper or sanitizers shortage.

Our country is now at the best preparation level. Next weeks will be weird for sure, but a strong sense of solidarity is now clearly surfacing.
