The article also specifies that the drug HCoV-229E and not SARS-CoV-2 (the virus responsible for this pandemic) so while it is somewhat encouraging, it's still months away from potential use. There’s already been reports of people fully recovering and catching a second time in China, showing already some people are not producing antibodies that will keep them from further infection in the future. The reinfection reports are still unconfirmed, they most likely were false negative tests. About it coming back stronger, its a possibility, but it can also come back weaker, viruses usually dont like killing their hosts and evolve to be less deadly.
