For example, as she is waving her hands around awkwardly and singing "freak out, look at me", captions fly across the screen around her hands, such as "when the whole world is falling apart because of the corona virus" or "when you start coughing a couple of days after your best friend came back from vacationing out of the county." And, the teens love their depressing humor, so even when corona virus is cured, captions such as "when I start feeling crippling anxiety" works too It could be a side-by-side, Gaga doing the dance from the video on one half of the screen, and then the person doing the Tik Tok on the other.
