Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is under quarantine after his wife developed flu like symptoms after a trip to the UK. She is currently being tested

 

Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland (picture below) will speak publicly in his place for now

no she was foreign affairs minister. i think there was no vice pm before . i think it is often left vacant

she was named after the last elections. before the elections, there was no vice-prime minister. in fact, she is the first to occupy that position since 2006
