dsc 26 Posted March 11, 2020 Share Posted March 11, 2020 I think you need to watch what the other residencies are doing in the coming weeks. I have seen no cancellations in Vegas so far. A couple of tours have been postponed and conventions are cancelling. MGM are closing their buffets on a week to week base but other than that it seems normal. The biggest danger is if the city says no events with more than a thousand people or so. This would force the MGMs and Caesar’s to cancel all concerts. If needed I'll talk to Gaga through a glass window or something like they do in jail lol. So far I only managed to get a J&P ticket and I don't think I want to travel there just for J&P and After Dark. I love J&P but I have seen it already and I have to travel all the way from Europe. If she only cancels the M&G, I will probably sell my tickets. Sad because I don't think she'll do M&G's anymore after Vegas. Haven't booked a flight yet because it can't be canceled. The M&G was a gift to myself after a really hard couple of years. I've never spent so much money on anything, so I hope it all works out. I hope this epidemic is put to a halt soon. When she's on stage, I'd say there's a pretty low risk of her catching anything. When she does meet and greets, everyone wants to hug and kiss. If she does go through with the meet and greets, there will be definite rules to follow. Our pics will look like Avril Lavigne's fan photos. LOL. I would definitely be disappointed, but I would understand and not blame her at all. I noticed Chromatica has no meet and greets and even has disclaimers that the artist will not be participating. It's simply not safe to be among a large group of people who flew in from all over the world. I think it will be cancelled but even if it wasn't, i would be giving very hard consideration to travelling across the world for a show. **** is getting scary out there, guys. Someone died from it just over an hour from where I live, and I don't think they were old either. It's time to stay at home as much as you can, avoid people as much as you can, wash your hands and don't touch your face! Your health is more important than any show or holiday. All the athletes are having a six foot no contact zone around them for fans/press. I can’t see why LG would be any different if this environment continues the way it is. I hope that MGM would be transparent and offer a refund, if this is not acceptable to the fan. But business is business and they don’t promise much.
