My flight has been cancelled officially and now I won't be able to be at the show (if there'll be one) on April 30th---

Don't know if I should ask to Allianz (I had insurance with the tix) or wait some days to see if they cancel/postpone the tour and get a refund...

Wait a bit for any official announcement

They're definitely going to cancel the rest of the Enigma shows. I know some people are very sad understandably but it's the only logical approach at this point. I also think some fans are a LITTLE too hopeful about the Chromatica Ball, I really wouldn't be surprised if it is delayed :/

Well “definitely “ is not it. MGM hotels are trying too open Mid April. Some Enigma dates are 9-10 weeks away. So hold on tight and wait

Not cancelled! They will all most likely be postponed. New dates are still in question but tickets will be honored!! Which is good news to me!

I have ticket for Enigma on the 9th, 13th, and 15th. Hopping they are not postponed but I would rather have them postponed then cancelled.

Considering that MGM and Vegas is going to want tourists back as soon as possible to recover, my guess would be a postponement until later in the fall. If they cancel, they have to refund. If they postpone they keep the ticket money until everything is firmed up. At that point they will offer options. Refund, go to the new date or credit for future shows. I have already seen these three options for the sporting events that were affected.

Lady Gaga Enigma + Jazz & Piano

Please be advised that the Lady Gaga performance scheduled for April 30 at Park Theater at Park MGM has been postponed. MGM Resorts International® apologizes for any inconvenience this causes ticket holders. Guests are advised to hold onto their tickets pending updated show information as they will be honored for the rescheduled date. Tickets will not be automatically refunded. Guests wishing to receive a refund must do so at their original point of purchase. Please reach out to our Guest Services team at (877) 880-0880 for additional inquires.

so far only April 30th has been postponed. They are trying to open the casinos and everything by May.

Can MGM just cancel the rest of the shows, please?!

What is taking them so long? Surely they are not delusional enough to actually think these shows are happening.

If they aren’t being rescheduled I could use the money.

Waiting till the last minute hoping they won't have to refund as much.

It seems like a tactic from event organizers & Ticketmaster. They probably don’t have enough liquid funds to refund all the shows. It‘s just not calculated for all events to be cancelled nation wide.

It just sucks for the customers bc I don’t like my money being held up there as well. I will definitely not be going to Vegas in the future it’s too unsure for me even in the fall to plan big events right now so I would definitely want the money back as well.

Same. It’s already looking like I’m going to be paid dust by Virgin Atlantic- they’re offering to change tickets to new dates/destinations but not refunds- so I could really use the money back on the tickets so I can at least start to pay off some of the credit card bill for this trip I’m never taking :bradley:

Same :bradley:

I don’t think the airline I booked with does refunds either, just credit towards future trips.

Yeah, same, and they’re currently only offering credit/changes up to April next year. As if I’m going to have paid all this off and still have any money to go anywhere by then. If it’s even advisable to travel anyway...I know it’s nobody’s fault but it’s such a mess.

I have tickets for the May 13th show. I kind of wish we could get a decision now, though it's hard to predict. I'm curious to see when the postponed shows will be...

MGM had an internal memo for employees  that all shows including Gaga and  Cirque will resume the week of  May 11th, so lets hope. I wouldn't mind it being postponed to June. I already have one show postponed even though there are no dates yet.
