Delay in tickets???

Hi friends,

I bought my chromatica tickets today and the way the tickets are set up was through mobile. The email said to download the app and the tickets would be there but for me it says « error, try again. » I then saw on ticketmaster that it says tickets won’t be delivered until April 1st. Idk if this is why my app says that but is anyone else having this issue? I tried calling ticketmaster and all the guy did was confirm my tickets but didn’t address my actual question 🙄

Any help would be great, especially from the Toronto monsters. Thanks!

There is no such thing as a global epidemic. It’s called a pandemic.

The delay for mobile tickets is sth that happens all the time. All my Enigma tickets won’t be available until 3 days before the event or sth..don’t worry.

Yep. Exactly why theres a delay in ticket delivery. She and her team are trying to combat reselling/scalping.

Let people be positive - it’s the one thing needed at a time like this. Mental health is just as important as physical health.

And firstly, if it is cancelled we won’t know till much nearer the time, in May/June. The events being cancelled currently are largely next month or the month after. July is 4 months away. A lot can change in that time, no one knows how this will pan out by then.

Secondly, it’s “Olympics”

Exactly this. We’re all aware of the virus but we have no way of forecasting how the situation is going to evolve, so there’s nothing wrong with people looking forward to an event they’re excited about.

It will happen, so will Eurovision. It might get delayed but not cancelled. They won’t plan a whole tour with stage with the possibility of it just getting cancelled.

Also the negativity of people saying it’s cancelled etc. it’s something else. Y’all probably are just mad you can’t go for whatever reason and now hope it’s not happening or sumn

My confirmation page stated that tickets will be accessible starting April 1 . At that point you will ne able to resell if you wish.
