I'm so proud of all that he has done and the way he helped shift the political narrative and brought so many new ideas that would have been seen as absurd only a few years ago and now are becoming achievable policies. I know he is old and suffered a heart attack meaning he will not run for presidency again but I really hope his impact is felt and we have new candidates that grew up watching him, studying him and being inspired by him to support in the future. I'm not even American but his message has touched my soul. Everyone knows America is THE leading country in the world. Whatever you guys do EVERYONE feels it. Whether it is good or bad. We all suffer because of you or rejoice because of you. The world revolves around your policies so please vote responsibly as much as you can and though America should always be your #1 priority please do think of all of us from smaller countries around the world and how your president will impact us too. Any ways I'm feeling so down today. Sending so much love and courage to all my "Bernie Bros" on here. You've been judged and misunderstood just as Bernie has been his whole life. I hope we can reincarnate as a new group when the new candidate that reminds us of Bernie comes around. It may be a long while or it may be as soon as the next election but we will always have Bernie's amazing ideals and vision in our heart when we support whoever it may be. But anyway, progressives are unique bc they put policy over person. Just bc Bernie is down, doesn’t mean y’all will never hear from another progressive ever again. The next round is gonna have even more people with progressive left values so it should get easier overtime. Bernie’s policies are realistic, match the moment, but unfortunately inconvenience the rich and powerful too much. Truly a sad moment for America and the world if he's not the nominee.
