Payroll tax cut would do a lot for low and middle class wage earners .. But ... strarve the IRS of a major revenue source … hmmm.. I wonder what it would do to the economy over all since a lot of tax dollars return to the economy … so …??? like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still.
