The radio deal was weak and everyone gets the playlisting. No one even uses AM in Europe so her being like all over the front page and top 5 in the Finland chart is kinda irrelevant

Yeah it's fun but it's not catchy at all and it has no repeat value (at least for me)..

Ironically, this  is being said from an avi that has a boy group is being controlled by the mass. Can't have the permission to write their own music, follow the concepts that they didn't even come up with. Even can't have a love life because their fans are obsessed lunatics. All of that sacrifice just to being eclipsed by BTS. 

More importantly, their being annoyed by noisy production when their fave was literally releasing same old outdated edm noise during 10 years straight.

They said SL doesn't stick with GP while radio plays it across nation and receive good AI everyday.  And didn't understand nothing about chart.

Anyway, I am probably reported by this comment and zero regrets from me.

I’m really sorry, but do you ever post anything positive about Gaga? There comes a point when it’s not criticism and it’s just complaining to complain. It doesn’t seem that you are happy with anything Gaga does, and if you aren’t I’m not sure why you continue to create negative threads rather than find something that does bring you joy.

I think it's fine not to like the song. You don't have to like everything she does. However, if other people like it, then let them enjoy it, just like with Haus Labs – no need to come along mocking them or accusing them of bad taste. 

For me, the song definitely was a grower. Do I think it's her most sophisticated or innovative song? Of course not. But it makes me happy, and it makes me want to dance, and the more I hear it, the more I enjoy it. I like "Summerboy" too, and that's hardly groundbreaking. Also, I think the video rocks – it pays homage to B-sci-fi movies. It's supposed to be cheesy and dated, not super sleek. 

I'm looking forward to seeing what the rest of the album is like. I probably won't like every single song, especially not right away. I used to not like "Marry the Night," and now I think it's brilliant. Tastes change. 

And the song ain't flopping. It debuted at #5 on the Hot 100 in spite of being leaked a month earlier and without Gaga doing much promo beyond social media and the iPhone commercial. People I know who aren't Gaga fans think it's a bop. I was on the SNL Reddit thread Saturday night discussing that night's show when the iPhone commercial for "Stupid Love" came on, and several people started prattling about how they love the song and hope she's a musical guest or host this season. 

But if someone here doesn't like it, that's okay. Don't listen to it. I don't care if you make threads saying it's overrated or expressing why you dislike it. Totally fine with me. But at the same time, please respect the fact that a lot of us enjoy the song.

I escape  to that chart thread the day the song came and  we were all watching the video views go up and streaming it lol. It was fun. I loved it whenever you showed up with that Gremlin GIF (?). I think it's very important to have cordial people with a good and respectful attitude here.

Also yeah I posted the Yoda gif once and noticed that people found it to be funny so I kept doing it lmao. It's just nice to make people laugh and bring even just an iota of levity to situations that may be heated or stressful.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but it’s sad to me when people dislike something that they feel obligated to disparage it every which way. Just let it go. I don’t see how it could be possibly healthy for anyone to obsess over an artist like that and criticize everything they do.
